The Awards
The Talent in Sustainability Awards recognize the work of employees and interns that generate benefits and make the Votorantim companies increasingly better for people and the planet. Since 2013, this initiative has evaluated more than 800 submissions and awarded more than 80 projects.
This year, we are looking for projects in the following categories: environment, social engagement, productivity and efficiency, and health and safety.
The Awards are an initiative of the Votorantim Institute in partnership with Votorantim S.A., Votorantim Cimentos, Votorantim Energia, Nexa, Citrosuco, Banco Votorantim and Reservas Votorantim. Our concern for the environment and society is part of our history and of the construction of the future of Votorantim companies.

Project Selection
The Talent in Sustainability Awards are divided into three phases:

Submission via website
Choose the category and submit your project through the Awards website.

Company Selection (Company Phase)
In this phase, each company selects up to four outstanding projects—one from each category—that will be classified for the final phase.

Final Phase (Votorantim Phase)
The projects nominated for the final phase must present a video of up to three minutes detailing the project and its results.
Awards
The representatives of projects that win the final phase (Votorantim) will receive:
- One-day training course on Sustainability to be held in São Paulo;
- Certificate of recognition;
- Recognition trophy.
